Origin: 70% organically grown Pinot Noir grapes and 30% organic Souvignier Gris grapes. Both vineyards were planted in 2012 and grow on 500m above sea level below the Mendola mountain. The unique combination of alpine and Mediterranean weather gives these grapes their special attributes and character.

Growth: Strong and fairly upright.

Yield: Per shoot 2-3 medium sized grape clusters with medium- sized berries. To obtain best wine quality the vine grape load varies between 1.5 and 1.8kg.

Harvest: First week of September.
