Julian

Grape variety: Bronner / Johanniter, Piwi hyperbio quality
Planting Year: 2002 // Yield/ha: 80 ql at 450 m.a.s.l.
The vines grow on gravelly clay, infused with limestone soil. With its delicate floral aromas Julian
reminds you of peaches, lychees and grapefruit. It is bright, golden yellow, full bodied, well structured
and excellent for an aperitif.
Julian combines well with white meat and well seasoned fish, also ideal for sushi and Asian
cuisine.
Serving temperature: 12–14° C // Aging potential: 6 years.

Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc)

Planting year: 1983 // Yield/ha: 80 ql, at 500 m.a.s.l.
The vines grow in a clay limey soil which gives it a beautiful mineral bouquet.
Our Weissburgunder is elegant, and has a beautiful integration of rich fruity flavours. It reminds
you of pears, apples and hawthorn blossom with a lingering long finish on the palate. It is an
excellent aperitif wine.
An exquisite companion for white meat and fresh water fish.
Serving temperature: 12–14° C // Aging potential: approximately 5 years

Gewürztraminer

Planting year: 2000 // Yield/ha: 60 ql, at 480 m.a.s.l.
The wines grow in a limestone and clay soil. It has an intense golden yellow colour with pronounced
aromas of rose petals and spices. A full bodied wine with mild acidity ending in an extra long
aromatic finish. A high quality and excellent aperitif wine.
Recommended with shellfish, crab, lobster and Asian dishes.

Amadeus

Grape variety: Vernatsch
Planting year: 1981-1983 // Position: Feld at 280 m.a.s.l. // Yield/ha: 100 ql
It grows in a sandy loam and rich granite soil. It is bright and ruby red in colour. It impresses with
its lively, fresh friendly style. It has a fruity bouquet finely defined by cherries and strawberries.
Soft and light on the palate, perfect with both the South Tyrolean and Mediterranean cuisine.

Lieselehof Brut

Grape variety: Souvignier gris, Piwi hyperbio quality
Planting year: 2012 // Yield/ha: 90 ql // Location: 250 m.a.s.l.
The vines grow in a profoundly gritty red clay soil. When the Lieselehof Brut cork pops, you feel elegant
high heels clicking across a parquet floor – tingling with the finest pearly bubbles she steps
towards you. A game of pure enjoyment with peach, lemon, and yeast. On the palate a delicious,
rustling “frou-frou” silk on bare skin. Round in taste, she surprises with a dreamy finale which
arouses a longing for more. This is an ideal gift for stylish and trendy gourmets.

Vino del passo

Grape variety: Solaris, Piwi hyperbio quality
Planting Year: 2008 // Yield/ha: 40 ql, at 1250 m.a.s.l.
The vines grow in an iron and limestone, red clay soil slightly interspersed with gravel. It is straw
yellow and has aromas of lemons, muscat, pepper, pineapple, peach and wild herbs. The wine is
slightly mineral with a vivacious acidity, combined with a harmonious structure ending in a long
and persistent finish.
Recommended with white meat, seasoned fish, shell fish, salads and Asian cuisine.

Julian Orange

Grape variety: The majority Bronner and various grape varieties from our vine museum
Planting Year: 2002 // Yield: Exceptional quality of Julian Orange, with a maximum of 1.5 kg of grapes per vine.
Julian Orange „ripens in the vineyard“ Lavardi and Kardatsch „in Kaltern at 450 to 500 m a.s.l. The vines grow on gravelly clay, infused with  limestone soil.
A white wine fermented on the skins, Ripened in wood, aromatic, slightly tannic, full-bodied and spicy. Very harmonious bouquet, elegant,  a soft and strong character. wine for special occasions.
Recommended with appetizers, meat, fish and Asian cuisine. Julian Orange is an all rounder.

Feldherr

Grape variety: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Carmenère
Planting year: 1992 // Position: Feld at 280 m.a.s.l. // Yield/ha: 70 ql
This vine grows in a sandy lime and rounded granite stony soil. A high quality cuvèe which is
matured for 2 years in oak barrels, then one year in the bottle. Unfiltered, garnet red and purple,
a noble wine with great structure. Aromas reminiscent of currants, blueberries, blackberries and
cedar wood. Feldherr reaches its ultimate velvet beauty after 5-6 years.
Perfect with beef and game.

Sweet Claire Quintessenz

Grape variety: Bronner, Piwi hyperbio quality
Planting Year: 2002 at 460 m.a.s.l. // Yield/ha before grapes drying: 80 ql
The grapes are air dried in the winter then in March they are pressed. This process gives the
wine a complex acidity which combines beautifully with sweet hints of quince, vanilla and honey
arousing a delicious taste on the palate. Bright golden yellow in colour amber, oily. 300g of
residual sugar.
Best drunk alone or with dark bitter chocolate minimum 85% cacao.

Sweet Claire R.

gives the wine a complex acidity which combines beautifully with sweet hints of lemon, quince,
vanilla and acia flower arousing a delicious taste on the palate.
Also a bright golden yellow colour. Recommended with a mature blue cheese or creme brûlèe.
